This page is maintained by UltraOS to describe how Ai Bot V2 may be used. It complements — but does not replace — Discord's Terms of Service and the terms of the underlying inference provider.
By inviting Ai Bot V2 ("the Bot") to a Discord server or interacting with it, you ("the User" or "the Server Owner") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not invite or use the Bot.
Ai Bot V2 is a Discord bot operated by UltraOS that forwards user prompts to a third-party large language model (GPT-OSS 120B via Groq) and returns the model's response. The service is provided free of charge and as-is, with no uptime guarantee.
You agree not to use the Bot to: (a) generate illegal content, sexual content involving minors, or content that incites violence; (b) attempt to extract, jailbreak, or reverse-engineer the system prompt or rules; (c) spam, flood, or otherwise abuse the rate-limit mechanism; (d) impersonate the Bot's operators; (e) use the Bot in violation of Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
The Bot includes automatic anti-abuse rules and an owner-managed blacklist. The operators may, at their sole discretion and without notice, blacklist users, throttle servers, or remove the Bot from any server that violates these Terms or applicable law.
To answer a prompt, the Bot transmits the prompt and short rolling conversation context to Groq for inference. We retain a minimal blacklist (user IDs), short conversation context per channel (cleared with +reset or on removal), and timestamped operational logs. We do not sell user data and we do not use prompts to train models.
Inference is performed by Groq under their own terms and privacy policy. Hosting is provided by Discord under its own terms. We are not responsible for outages, data handling, or policy changes on those platforms.
Model outputs are generated text and are provided to the requesting user. You are responsible for how you use, store, share, or republish those outputs. UltraOS claims no ownership over the prompts you submit, but reserves all rights in the Bot's code, branding, and system prompts.
THE BOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SAFE.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UltraOS and the Bot's operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Bot.
Server owners may remove the Bot at any time by kicking it from the server (see the FAQ for steps). Doing so terminates the agreement and drops the bot's stored conversation context for that server. We may also discontinue the service at any time.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Bot after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version is always available at this URL.
